United Way Celebrates Corporate Partners and Community Volunteers

On April 3, the United Way team gathered with friends and supporters at Tractor Supply Company to celebrate the generosity, volunteerism, and collaborations that comprised the 2018-2019 United Way giving campaign. During our annual Community & Volunteer Celebration Breakfast, we presented awards to corporate partners and community volunteers that help advance health and wellness, acceleration learning and education, and expand financial stability across our communities.

During the celebration, United Way’s campaign leaders and board representatives presented tokens of appreciation across thirteen award categories for outstanding performance, fundraising, creativity, participation, and achievement among corporate partners.

The celebration included six award categories that honor outstanding contributions and commitment from volunteers and nonprofit partners.

We proudly presented the #1 Company Award to Tractor Supply Company for the 15th year. Each year, Tractor Supply makes a concerted effort to increase their impact with contributions of time and talent. We are grateful to Tractor Supply for sponsoring and hosting our annual celebration and for their continued leadership in the community.

Many of the awards winners also support United Way partner programs with volunteerism and contributing to United Way activities such as our annual Full Tummies, Warm Hearts Thanksgiving food drive and Stuff the Bus Backpack Give Away.
